The greatest charm of Henry Rollins is his well-spoken if blunt-force honesty, hilarity and sincerity. Whether the 60-year-old icon is talking about personal anecdotes, music stories, politics, philosophy, or what have you, it’s him all the way down. Even people like myself who respect but do not personally adore his bands—Black Flag, Henry Rollins Band, etc.—would still jump at the chance to sit in on an evening with the man himself. (I would if I wasn’t a whole bloody ocean away.)
Many across the U.K. and Europe (plus North America, in the lengthiest run of dates) will get that very chance come January and February 2022, as Rollins takes his Good To See You “talking show”—faithfully recounting the events of his life pre-COVID and stranger life events within the last several months—out on the road.
