News: High on Fire Announce U.S. Headlining Tour Dates

High on Fire

Legendary American rock band High on Fire are gearing up for the release of their upcoming new LP Cometh the Storm, which will be out on April 19 through MNRK Heavy. The new LP is their ninth studio album, and it was recorded at GodCity Studio in Salem, Massachusetts with the accomplished producer Kurt Ballou. The album was recorded with the celebration of the band’s 25th anniversary. Cometh the Storm follows High on Fire’s previously released album Electric Messiah. With the release coming closer, the band have announced a string of headlining shows in the US, which will be supported by Venezuelan post-rock outfit, Zeta, and Massachusetts crossover crew High Command. The tour will kick off on May 4 in Orlando, FL, and end on May 18, in Chicago, IL.

The band share their thoughts:

“High on Fire legion! We are stoked to take the stage in a city near you as we bring ‘Cometh the Storm’ to life,” offers the group. “Looking forward to a triumphant run of shows and reuniting with friends. See you soon!”
