Alternative and pop punk artist Inconsistent Me is climbing the scene ranks with a release every six weeks leading up to his fall EP. “Lie After Lie” is Inconsistent Me Brendan Dane’s newest song.
“’Lie After Lie’ is about being fed up with someone who continually lies to you, so you get to the point where you expect it,” the musician says.
The bouncy melody pairs with Dane’s soaring vocals on the song. It was co-written by Dylan Garforth from the catchy pop punk band The Things We Were.
Dane, a Detroit native, started his musical journey a decade ago in a band called Black Tie Event. The band performed outside countless music venues and even did a stint on Warped Tour. Dane began creating music under the moniker Inconsistent Me in 2019.
After a few years releasing music, Inconsistent Me is gaining traction with his two recent singles, “Tongue Tied” and “Scumbag,” eclipsing more than 100,000 listens on Spotify.
The foundation is set for a major breakout. Keep an eye on Inconsistent me here.
