Evan Thomas Weiss, AKA Into It. Over It. has announced he will release Figure, his first album since 2016’s Standards, this September 18 on Triple Crown Records.

The first single to be released from Figure, “Living Up To Let You Down”, is available to stream now, and you can check out the video below.

The album has been a long time coming, and the emo revivalist wasn’t always sure it would ever come. But it did, and it’s been a therapeutic ride, Weiss comments: “It’s about trying to make peace with poor decisions that I’ve made, and how I can try to reconcile as much as I can, and what I can’t reconcile, how I’m going to cope with that moving forward, and what I can do to be better to the people around me.”

Figure was recorded with drummer/audio engineer Adam Beck, and produced in different Chicago studios, over seven months. Longtime friends and recording partners were on board, and the album was mixed by Jason Cupp (Jimmy Eat World, American Football, Maps & Atlases) and mastered by Dave Kutch (American Football, Lana Del Rey, Solange).

You can pre-order the album HERE.
