Rising reggae-rock singer/songwriter, producer, and guitarist Joe Samba has released the next prerelease tease, “Home.” The track features Mihali, the lead singer and guitarist for Twiddle. It’ll be on his third album, Lifeline, via LAW Records, out September 27. The album is set to feature the lead single “Little Love” and his latest single “Meant To Be (ft. Wax).”
Presave Lifeline here.
For Lifeline, Joe has started to work with outside producers for the first time. He has recorded four times with Krasno, who has been a huge personal influence for Joe. He’s also recorded three times in Los Angeles at the famed Laurel Canyon with Anthony Resta, who co-produced “Little Love.” The final tracks of the ten song collection were self-produced in Maine at the Halo Studio with Kevin Billingslea. He had introduced this new chapter in his career back in June with the release of “Little Love.”
Daily Reggae’s comment on “Little Love”:
“This is such a beautiful song and another reminder that Samba is one of the best visual songwriters in reggae today.”
After a childhood immersed in music, Joe Samba has a track for each and every season. You could drift off into the smoky summer groove of reggae-infused bangers or jump into spring-fueled by the punk-rock gallop of his guitar-driven anthems. He has the type of melodies that could warm you back to life in the winter and chantable hooks fr year end celebration in the fall.
