Rock and ska band Keep Flying release their latest album Daylight, a lyrical and sonic continuation of the band’s 2020 work Survival. Man Overboard’s Nik Bruzzese, one of the scene’s most prominent producers, helped craft the album.
“’Daylight’ is what emerges after a long journey of Survival through the night, and that is exactly where we are in the current adventure known as Keep Flying,” the band say.
The six-song collection includes the singles “Transparency” and “Peace Be The Journey.” The band played the latter during its set at the popular Four Chord Music Festival.
“It is a record of truths, growth, change, acceptance, and vulnerability with a defined triumphant conclusion,” the band continue. “Where we hope our supporters/ listeners will join their voices with ours. Good morning, Daylight has arrived.”
Keep Flying is traversing the country on a tour in support of the album. The journey has nearly 40 stops, ending in Cincinnati on September, 24.
