News: Man/Woman/Chainsaw Release New Song ‘Only Girl’

Man/Woman/Chainsaw have released their third single of 2025, “Only Girl.” The London-based punk group worked with Charlie and Charlie on the video for “Only Girl.” The track follows notable releases “Adam and Steve” and “MadDog,” released earlier this year.

“Only Girl” is available now digitally via Fiction Records, marking Man/Woman/Chainsaw’s first release with the label.

The band are made up of Billy Ward (vocals, guitars), Emmie-Mae Avery (vocals, keys/synths), Vera Leppänen (vocals, bass), Clio Harwood (violin), Billy Doyle (Guitars), and Lola Cherry (drums).

Vera, who is lead vocalist on the track says, “’Only Girl’ is our playful love song. Built around a ripping violin top-line and birthed from a grungy guitar jam, it gradually became something more boisterous and altogether more joyful—a total declaration of love. We had a lot of fun making it.”
