News: Mighty Vices Release Cover Of ‘A Favor House Atlantic’

Pop punk band Mighty Vices releases another cover of a scene hit in their version of Coheed & Cambria’s “A Favor House Atlantic.” You’d be forgiven if you can’t tell the difference between the vocals of Claudio Sanchez and singer Bryan Bennett in this spot-on rendition.

“Coheed has been one of my personal favorite bands since I was in high school, and I know some other guys in the band are fans. When we talked about doing covers, Favor House was on of the first songs I thought of,” guitarist Ryan McLaughlin says. “I love the prog stuff, but this song is such a straightforward banger I knew we could kill it.”

Mighty Vices recently covered “Sweetness” by Jimmy Eat World, My Chemical Romance’s “I’m Not Okay (I Promise),” and the holiday track “Yule Shoot Your Eye Out” by Fall Out Boy.

The band came together in the New York area before relocating to Fort Wayne, Indiana to create music and social media content, including a recent weekend creating in a gorgeous mansion.

“Bryan did an amazing job with the vocals,” McLaughli continues. “And I think the song turned out so good. It was definitely a lot of fun to put together.”
