The fest that made both Milwaukee and metal famous, Milwaukee Metal Fest, has added Doro, Atheist, and Ross The Boss to their 2024 lineup. The queen of metal herself, Doro, rocks the house Friday night May 17. She’s currently supporting her new digital release, Conqueress – Extended EP. Doro replaces Destruction who dropped out but could be back at MMF in 2025.
Ross The Boss, best known as a founding member of both Manowar and The Dictators, will be fighting the world with a heart of steel jamming out Manowar classics with his band which also features Metal Church singer Marc Lopes. And lastly, Floridian tech death masters Atheist will be rounding out the Sunday, May 19 portion of the fest.
After a successful return of Milwaukee Metal Festival in 2023, the iconic midwestern, multi-day event will kick off with a pre-party on May 16 while the main festival will run May 17 – 19 at The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee, WI. The festival returned to prominence in 2023 under the watchful eye of Hatebreed frontman and podcaster Jamey Jasta and Sound Talent Group’s Tim Borror, as well as the team at The Rave / Eagles Club.
