Brooklyn soft metal outfit Mythless have announced the three-track We EP with the release of lead single “Dreadless.” Check out the video below.
“Mythless” finds the metal crossover group subduing a pummeling drum assault with breezy indie rock vocals and wistful synths.
“I wanted the instrumentation to have a feeling of controlled chaos,” says Mythless mastermind Jason Bartell of the EP and the energy behind it, “a hyperactive sort of bed for me to drape these deceptively simple, hopefully beautiful songs on top of.”
The We EP by Mythless is out February 4 via Joyful Noise Recordings.
