The super mysterious Neon Nightmare are set to release their debut record Faded Dream November 1 via 20 Buck Spin. Leading up to this much anticipated release date is the first single from Faded Dream, “She’s Drowning” which you can view below.
Much has been said of this band whose member identities have not been shared with fans yet. What, a mystery brewing you say? Hhhhmmm. The only image we have so far is a photo of a single person in all of their rocked out glory posing with the face blurred out. As for Neon Nightmare’s sound, we’ll leave it to you the fan and listener as to who the band sounds like.
Faded Dream is big riff after riff; the sonic intersection where doom, psych, and all that is heavy meet and dance through technicolor trance. The emotional and brooding atmosphere driving this record is conveyed through a dramatic vocalist able to smoothly swing from a spooky gothic baritone to soaring heavy metal melodicism. Are you ready to dream the Neon Nightmare?
