PLOSIVS—a brand-new punk band featuring John Reis of Hot Snakes/Drive Like Jehu/Rocket From The Crypt, Atom Willard of Against Me!, and Rob Crow of Pinback—have shared their debut single, “Hit The Breaks.”
The band already have an album recorded, and in addition to the new single, they announced their live debut in November.
The band describes the track as “a headfirst charge straight into the highest form of kinetic energy, be it sonic, fluid, or pure human euphoria,” offering a first taste from a band formed during a year of canceled tours and postponed releases, ready to hit the ground running.
