News: Pop-Punk Band Fortune Teller Releases Debut Song

Fast-paced, hard-hitting UK pop-punk band Fortune Teller releases its debut single “Jump Ship.” The South Wales five piece makes a strong statement with its catchy, hard-hitting track.

“We poured our hearts and souls into this one,” the band said on social media. “We are super excited.”

Fortune Teller join the new wave of modern pop-punk, drawing influences from the likes of Knuckle Puck and Neck Deep, with aspects of Driveways, Movements and Belmont mixed in. The band consists of Mason Meacham on the vocals, Luke Jones on the rhythm guitar, Lee Vaughan as the bass and backing vocalist, Aaron Parfitt on the lead guitar and Josh Davies smashing the drums.

After establishing the line up and writing their debut EP, the band hit the studio to record with Todd Campbell and Phil Campbell of The Bastard Sons. Complementing the song is a sharply produced music video with crisp effects.

“Filming it was an absolute blast, and the remnants speak volumes of the energy we poured into it,” the band continues.

Tom Ianello had his hands on the song. You can hear his work with Transit, Four Years Strong and the aforementioned Driveways in the music.

Fortune Teller will release more music later this year. Keep a close eye on their socials for updates here.
