Incendiary grime punk band Riskee & The Ridicule return with an announced album, releasing their latest single titled “My Name.” The caustic and brutal new song dropped on April, 5.
The lead single is taken from the band’s forthcoming album Platinum Statue. It’ll release on August, 25. The new single and album were produced, mixed, and mastered by Oz Craggs at Hidden Track Studios.
“The song is two fingers up to the backstabbers self-righteous keyboard warriors and watered down punks,” frontman Scott Picking says. “ It’s meant to punch you in the face if you need it, but it’s also a celebration of what the underground has done for music and what it’s capable of doing.”
The band is currently on an EU tour, playing at major venues across the continent. The tour also includes festival appearances at Right To Roam and The Alt Ecape.
