News: Taylor Acorn Releases Debut Album

Taylor Acorn

Pop-punk powerhouse Taylor Acorn’s highly anticipated debut full-length album, Survival In Motion, is out and already turning heads with massive steaming numbers and globs of praise. But for Acorn, it’s all about the message.

“I feel like I’ve finally found my sound,” Acorn says. “I’ve fallen in love with every single song in its own right; the writing process is truly something I’ll never forget.”

The new album is an empowering collection inspired by struggle. But the message remains positive, especially in singles like “High Horse” and “Greener.”

“I’m not sure what will come next, but this chapter that I’m so unbelievably proud of and I can’t wait to share it with someone. I hope you love it and I hope you find peace in knowing we go through, we are all walking representation of survival in motion and life is a gift no matter how crazy it can be.”

It’s been a year of accomplishments for Acorn, as she just wrapped up her sold out Good Enough Tour. She followed up the tour with a trip to the U.K. for Slam Dunk Festival, a headline date at 02 Academy in London, as well as stops at Let’s Go! Music Festival and Four Chord Music Festival.

Acorn is set to hit the road with Dashboard Confessional and Boys Like Girls, making stops in Boston, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Chicago, Los Angeles, Salt Like City, and Houston.
