News: The Bar Stool Preachers’ New Album is Out Now

The Bar Stool Preachers

U.K. punks The Bar Stool Preachers have dropped their highly-anticipated third album, Above The Static, and are hitting the road to celebrate the release.

Getting the party started at just about every small venue in the U.K., a whole host of Europe’s finest, as well as embarking on their first full album tour in the United States, the Bar Stool Preachers are kicking off their world domination with Above The Static

A bold and beautiful collection of raucous rock ‘n’ roll, dancing ska, and huge heartfelt punk anthems, the album also lives up to its title, providing a lifeline to anyone else who feels like they’re drowning in static in the modern age. With help from some talented friends: Kevin Bivona (The Interrupters), Ted Hutt (Dropkick Murphy’s/Flogging Molly), and Ben Hannah (Nosebleed), the band are back bringing you their latest collection of chest-pumping, fist-raising, soul-saving songs, in their unique brand of party music.

The Bar Stool Preachers are currently tearing up stages across Europe, with the U.K. leg of the album release tour kicking off at The Waterloo Music Bar in Blackpool April 9 (the venue the album was recorded at no less), and the band cross the Atlantic to play everywhere from Turf Club, St Paul, to Alex’s Bar, Long Beach. Check out the full list of dates here.

And if you’re feeling generous, on the opening night of the Europe tour, the band had all of their merch money stolen, and you can donate here.
