Hailing from China, The Noname are making a name for themselves with their upcoming split EP, Boston to Xi’An, with punk rock royalty, Big D and The Kids Table. Expect that EP to drop November 23.
Songwriter Ray states:
“The song is really about a nightmare I had one night of driving from Xi’an to Beijing. The weirdest thing is that I woke up at 3:03 a.m., and I could remember everything in the nightmare vividly—the scenes and the music, even. I then wrote this song.”
Recognize that sax? That’s Matt Appleton from Reel Big Fish doing a guest spot for The Nonames.
