News: The Penske File Drop Surprise EP, Release Video with Chris Cresswell

The Penske File

Ontario pop-punk heroes The Penske File dropped a surprise EP on Friday called Acid Rain on Stomp Records, marking the first new music the band has put out since the release of their 2023 LP Half Glow. The EP comes in advance of the band’s upcoming performance at Fest this Friday. Alongside the release of the three-song EP, the band released a video for the title track which features guest vocals from Chris Cresswell of The Flatliners and Hot Water Music.

The melodic punk track is enhanced by Cresswell’s vocals which, as usual, find an odd balance between gruff and smooth. The video, which was edited and directed Victor Wiercioch, sees Cresswell and the band playing the song with an infectious intensity. Check out the video below.

You can order Acid Rain on Bandcamp. Follow The Penske File on Facebook and Instagram for future updates.
