The Pink Spiders recently announced their fifth album entitled Freakazoid. The record comes out July 7 on Pure Noise Records.
This will mark the band’s first new release in five years. In addition to the new single, they also put out the first single, called “Devotion” and an accompanying music video. In response to the dangerous and unconstitutional drag bans being pushed in Tennessee, the video features the band performing alongside local drag queens from the Nashville drag community. Check out the video and, if you’re watching it in Tennessee, turn it up extra loud.
The band are launching out on a series of tour dates with the likes of Less Than Jake, the Voodoo Glow Skulls, Everclear, the Ataris, and more. The complete list of dates is as follows:
