Philadelphia melodic punk outfit Twentytwo. released their newest single “Surrounded” on Friday, June 14.
The song was recorded with Matt Brasch from The Wonder Years at Brasch’s Woodshop Studio.
The band, consisting of members Tony Conner (vocals), Bryan Fischer (bass), Jason Mack (guitar), Justin Mondschein (drums), and Mike Wrigley (guitar), recently joined the Pennsylvania-based Jump Start Records to release their first full-length LP.
Twentytwo. will begin tracking their debut LP in late 2024.
When asked about the band’s songwriting, Tony says, “I mostly try to write from others perspectives and minimally of my own.”
“Surrounded” will not be on the band’s upcoming LP.
Twentytwo. will be performing at the This Is Hardcore Pre-Show in Phoenixville, PA on August 1 at The Polish Club and opening up for The Dopamines at Kung Fu Necktie in Philadelphia, PA on August 11.
