French pop-punk band Two Trains Left calls on their fellow countryman and easy core legend Chunk! No Captain Chunk! legend Bertrand Poncent on their new tune “Sail Away.” It’s a major milestone for Two Trains Left, who grew up as fans of the band.
“(We) hope that listeners are reminded to embrace change, accept the unknown an never back away from a challenge, and most importantly, never settle,” the band say in a media release.
It’s a slight departure for the traditionally pop-punk Two Trains Left, as the band experiment with a new sound. The tune combines catchy guitar riffs, groovy baselines, and powerful vocals.
The collab with Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! is another major step forward for Two Trains Left. The guys recently opened for Neck Deep.
“In a world where shadows weigh heavy and colors fade to monochrome, ‘Sail Away’ reminds us that we are meant for more,” the band continue.
The song is an excellent, personal anthem of growth and self-discovery. Keep an eye out for more tunes from Two Trains Left here.
