Boston/Brooklyn alternative rock/pop-punk trio We Demand Parachutes have just released a new single ‘Sweet XTC’, produced by Alan Day.
Sweet XTC’ follows on from previous single “Cheerful Coping” and combines elements of pop-punk and post-hardcore with a touch of hyper-pop. The song acts as a chemistry experiment for the band, infusing their signature sound with video game synths, vocal choruses and explosive energy. This unique blend delivers a modern rock sound that hints at nostalgia, but presents a fresh take on the genre. For the band Sweet XTC, life pulses with a heartbeat of a thousand beats per minute!
