We’re incredibly stoked to finally bring ‘Deform’ into the world. ‘Deform’ picks up where our June release, ‘Divide’ left off- with the same feeling behind it, but this time more personal than political. The song strives to put forward the idea that despite our best intentions and efforts, we are destroying ourselves, inside and out. The mannequin used in the video is a representation of ones self, and both the fire and graffiti are metaphors for the negativity in our heads; the non-literal torch we take to ourselves. This video was produced, filmed, and edited 100% by the band- we wanted the image to be very personal and true to the message we wanted to convey. We aim to beat people over the head with the idea that we can counter hate both externally and internally, and be the change we want to see in the world.
