We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Orient Fall’s new music video for their song “Mankind” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming EP.

The birth of the track ‘Mankind’ is a real milestone for the band. Those who are familiar with Orient Fall already know that we always strived for a thoughtful progression; at the same time, each of our releases felt like a giant leap for us. This case is not different. If someone is listening to our first song ever and now ‘Mankind,’ it is obvious that we and our music really grew up together. ‘Fractals’ was the soundtrack of becoming an adult, while all the songs of the upcoming EP were already written through the eyes of an adult. We have also tried to reach a higher level in the content: we describe the anti-utopistic pain and loss of the individual and mankind, which can be also epitomized in the band’s symbol, the labyrinth. We built it around ourselves, but neither an exit, nor an entrance exists, only wandering.
One of Hungary’s most promising metal newcomers, Orient Fall – after their critically acclaimed debut full-length Fractals – has just released their brand new single “Mankind.” A few years of waiting are behind them with several shows across Europe, but right now the band is ready to show itself reborn with a new grievous and dystopic sound about keeping the mankind and the individual restrained, predicting a dark and an anti-utopist world; strengthened by a red-black music video created by John Peter Kiss (ex-Till We Drop, Seven Seas).
The main role was played by the beautiful Dorka Papp who has been unconsciously building a maze around herself without any exits, and only noticing this when it’s too late.
“Mankind,” the band’s returning track was fully written, recorded and mixed by Orient Fall, and it’s the first track among the four off the upcoming EP.
The band are going to return to the stage in a couple of weeks by supporting The Faceless (USA).
