I’ve been hearing about Masked Intruder for a while and was looking forward to seeing their live show at the Warped Tour. They did not disappoint. This Madison, Wisconsin based band was a crowd favorite.

Masked Intruder is out on the road promoting their new EP Love and Other Crimes on Pure Noise Records. If you’re not familiar with the band, they are identified by their individual colors (Blue, Green, Yellow and Red) and escorted by their own faux police officer to their gigs. This high energy pop punk band is comprised of lead singer and guitarist Blue, Green on guitar, Bassist Yellow and Red on drums. The guys blasted through their set despite the heat sporting their trademark ski masks.

Green was a whirlwind of energy leaping across the stage and then into the audience for a few circuits in the pit. The band worked up the fans with the police officer getting into the act by running into the crowd wearing a striped thong.

How can you go wrong with fast punchy songs, wisecracks, great backup vocals, strong guitar riffs and fast drums? You can’t so check out Masked Intruder when they roll into your town.
