We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Post Season’s new lyric video for their song “Numb To This” (watch it below). The highlight of “Numb To This” is the crafty, poppy songwriting structure. The guitar leads add an intricate texture of melody, riding alongside the vocals. Post Season’s Daniel Tippery comments on the song:
“This song hits very close to home for me. It’s not so much about the struggle of ‘growing up’ but actively becoming a better person. Start acknowledging that you haven’t quite hit your mark and find out what steps to take to finally get yourself there. A lot of people sit around and say stuff like ‘things will work out,’ or they rely on another entity to pull through for them. Unfortunately, that’s not how things go. It’s a harsh world, and things will only happen if you make them happen. Quit delaying and get yourself moving. The journey may not be perfect, but it will be rewarding.”
