We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Daisypusher’s music video for their song “Stuck” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s latest release Apocalypse Love Songs, which is available now digitally & on cassette through Bandcamp. The video was directed by Mason Mercer.
Daisypusher vocalist/guitarist Patrick Carney comments on the song: “‘Stuck’ tells the story of a father and son trapped in a fallout shelter. The song’s sunny melodies lie in stark contrast to its dark lyrics, which address cataclysm, hopelessness and suicide.”
The melting pot of a wide variety of influences, Daisypusher delivers a fresh spin on alternative rock music and how it is delivered. Pulling from rock bands like Catherine Wheel, Kill Holiday, and Superchunk, but strictly adhering to pop song writing ethics of old, Apocalypse Love Songs makes its mark on the genre with catchy choruses, unique lyrical content and tonic riffs.
Featuring members of Dream Ritual, Free At Last, Kids and Chemicals, Muscle Before Paradise, and Bella Donna.
