We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Jared Grabb’s music video for his song “Patch of Green” (watch it below). The track is taken from Grabb’s fourth solo album Masters, which is scheduled to be released on March 3rd through So Say We All Records and Thinker Thought Records. You can pre-order exclusive vinyl on quad split green and white (limited to 31 copies). Pre-orders are also available at reduced pricing for a limited time at $12 vs. $15.
Jared Grabb comments on the song:
“I play 5-string banjo as a self-taught guitarist. It can sound a bit strange at times. Heather Rose sings backing vocals on this one, and I used my late mother-in-law’s accordion to lay down some bass notes. This song is about leaving Chicago to live near family in Central Illinois. It’s about creating your own personal belief system and making painful choices in order to be who you want to be and live how you want to live.”
