MakeWar have a brand-new video out about mental health and coping with life. They also have a new record in the works to be released later this year.

“My good friend Jason from Venezuela who lives in Germany now made this video,” the band says. ” He is a fan of the band, but also a great cinematographer, and he really wanted to make a video for us. I told him to wait ‘til the new record, but he wanted to do something for this song.  We talked about the idea of the video, and he just made it happen. This is one of my favorite songs on this record, and I feel that it got lost between the other songs. Having a video for it might make new people get into it. I know it’s a long-ass song,; we tried cutting it down ,and it just wasn’t working, but everything I sing on the song needed to be there. Anxiety and panic attacks are very real and very important to me. This song helped me deal with it. I hope it helps more people as well.”

The band is also hitting the road on a short tour next month.
