Italian songwriter Nero Kane is back with his distinctive with his distinctive European take on America’s desert sound. We had the honor of debuting Kane’s last album Of Knowledge And Revelation which came out almost exactly three years ago. Now Kane’s new album For the Love, the Death and the Poetry is out Friday from Subsound Records, but you get to hear it hear a few days early.
Ethereal, sweeping, and utterly haunting, For the Love, the Death and the Poetry offers a journey through movements of dark beauty. “As a breath of wind over a desolate land. Forsaken voices of past ages re-emerge from the rifts of time,” says Kane about the album. “All is Vanity.”
