Album Premiere: Record Thieves – Tragic Company

Record Thieves

Denver-based Record Thieves are made up of former members of Authority Zero, Boldtype, and Allout Helter, creating a tight-knit, melodic punk clan that made waves with their 2020 debut Wasting Time.

Now with their revamped lineup of Erik Livesay on guitar, joining Jim Wilcox, Mike Waterhouse, Allen White, and Chad Gilbert, the band are looking forward to their next chapter and their new record, which drops today.

Record Thieves are debuting their new album Tragic Company, which is out today on Thousand Islands Records. A slick collection of melodic punk tunes, Tragic Company is as emotionally resonant as it is laden with pop hooks. With nods towards Millencolin and Hot Water Music, the record is rooted in raw emotion while still keeping true to the band’s melodic punk roots. It’s a hell of a record, and you’ll want to check it out below.

Tragic Company is out today, and you can order it from Thousand Islands Records. Follow Record Thieves on Facebook and Instagram for future updates.
