Scott shares his thoughts on the new album:
“I spent more time on this record than anything I’ve worked on in the past, Rufio included. Most of the tracks are about me trying to understand what the heck is going on inside my own brain. Most importantly, I had an absolute blast writing and recording these songs.”
Scott Sellers is known for his work as a singer/guitarist of Rufio, the iconic American punk rock band. Beyond his work with the band, he is also an established songwriter, a skilled multi-instrumentalist, a top-grade recording engineer, and an outstanding lyricist. He has already released nine successful solo albums. One and, and, and, and One and, and Three and, and is his debut record through Double Helix Records. The album mostly deals with themes of mental health struggles, such as fear, anxiety, and depression
