Staticø are made up of long-time members of the Belgrade hardcore scene, uniting members of Unison, 36 Daggers, Jaibo, and Let’s Grow. Now their new album Absurdity of This World is out as a joint effort from four different labels: Out of the Darkness (a fanzine in the Balkan region ), Onesnazevanje Uma from Slovenia, Refuse Records from Germany/Poland, and Ayran Sounds, a label established by the band itself.
Today, we’re spotlighting the album Absurdity of This World. With a hard-hitting, blistering hardcore spirit, Absurdity of This World does exactly what it promises in its title: it sheds light on the absurd injustices that are increasingly common in this world. Check out the album below.
