Renowned hardcore, experimental, and noise rock label Three One G have a really fascinating offering coming from three amazing bands that’s not actually due out until Friday, but you get an advanced peek at it. Combining a trio of absolutely obliterating groups, this split seven-inch is a bit unusual in that the first two tracks are collaborations between Los Angeles savage hardcore act Deaf Club and Philadelphia’s enigmatic trans-liberationists The HIRS Collective, while the other two tracks are from Austin, TX scrape rock band Fuck Money. The result is an assault on your ears that’s somehow fun at the same time.
“This EP has all of the necessary Three One G DNA,” explains Justin Pearson of Deaf Club. “It’s partially a collaboration with Deaf Club and friend Jenna Pup of HIRS, and it is a split seven-inch with one of my favorite bands, Fuck Money. To top it off, the art and design was done by one of my all-time favorite artists, Paul Rentler. Everyone involved with it actually, in every aspect, even including our family who recorded, mixed, and mastered it, this release is the essence of what Three One G is. It was a wild ride having this come together, and I’m so psyched it’s finally available to the weird world we live in.”
Check out the wildly explosive seven-inch below.
They’ve also released nightmarish experimental videos for tracks from both halves of the split, “Biblical Loophole” and “Rat Queen.” Check out the videos below.
Deaf Club have a European tour coming up in April with Fuck Money, followed by a West Coast tour in May with HIRS. Check out the tour dates below.
