Hailing from South Bay in Los Angeles and now calling Nashville, Tennessee home, pop-punk solo artist MEGG is ready to tear it up and blaze a path for herself in the punk world. Since graduating from USC’s inaugural Popular Music Performance Program, MEGG shared stages with the likes of KISS and The Used, played the 30th Anniversary Vans Warped Tour in Long Beach, and sung the National Anthem for the LA Dodgers, LA Galaxy, and LA Sparks. Now this bold new artist is releasing a power-packed EP called Low Life Club, which you can hear here a day before it hits streaming.
“‘Low Life Club’ feels like the unofficial soundtrack to the West Coast and is easily some of the best music I’ve ever put out,” says. MEGG. “It’s multidimensional—the heaviness, the vulnerability, the riot, the vocal chops, the nostalgia, the party, and everything in-between. It’s got a little something for everyone. I’m really proud of these songs and stoked to give them to my fans.”
The EP packs a pop-punk punch with a sense of freedom and reckless abandon that’s as infectious as MEGG’s pop hooks. Check it out below.
