Track Premiere: Badterms – ‘Special Kind of Crazy’

Badterms

Boston-based skinhead outfit Badterms are bringing their music back to their home country for the first time ever. Started as a long-distance COVID project between old friends Curt Florczak (Boston) and Hans Molnar (AZ), Badterms quickly coalesced into a full band and started releasing a slew of EPs on Lionheart Records in Germany. Now that they’re fresh off their European tour, which culminated in the Beach, Beer & Chaos festival in Spain, the group are getting ready to release their domestic debut LP Panic Age on TKO Records, which is full of tracks off their German EPs that are all difficult or impossible to obtain in the U.S.

Today, Badterms are debuting the single “Special Kind of Crazy” off Panic Age. With a classic 77 punk style and a frenetic energy, “Special Kind of Crazy” explodes out of your speaker with a tried and true punk rock spirit. “A tune for those with foot in mouth disease, passive aggressive tendencies, and those who cry foul when called out on the bullshit they spew,” says Florczak about the song. “Probably someone you’ve known, or insert politician of your choosing.”
