Atlanta-based punk trio Billy Batts & The Made Men are a band that bring both youthful angst and fresh energy to their forthcoming full-length, For The Surly Types. Informed by both ’80’s hardcore and ’90’s punk influences, the group caught the attention of Joe Queer, who both recorded and produced the album.
The result is a record with very little pretense—It is punk rock spirit stripped to the floorboards—to all of its bare and gritty glory.
