After a long career of releasing music under the moniker Nodrums, Brayden Baird is embarking on his new musical project, Brayden Baird and the Once in a Lifetime Band. Their debut album, Lord, why do you do these things to me? was written by Baird in a time of grief and loss where he found his only solace in playing the guitar. Finding a balance between moments of despair and messages of hope, it’s an emotionally cathartic journey that comes out on the other side in a better place.
Today, we’re debuting the first track from Baird’s new project called “I Saw Nothing.” With a driving drumbeat and raw emotion, this track finds itself more on the hopeful side of the project. It’s hard to listen to this song and not see the bright side of difficult emotions, making for one hell of a compelling rock track. Check out the single below.
