Philly hip-hop duo C Trip A are dropping a new single, “Fake Love,” and you can check it out right here at New Noise.
C Trip A’s Christian Alexander shares his thoughts on “Fake Love”:
“Writing and recording started up again late last year. Our last record was only released about nine months ago, but we sat on it for a while after it was completed, so there was some extended downtime and a collective desire to get creative again. C Trip A has over an album’s worth of material ready to go, and we’re figuring out how we want to release it. “Fake Love” was the last track we worked on, and it was one of the few times that Ant had come in with a complete song ready to go. He knew exactly what he wanted to say lyrically and with the tracks… there was a vision, and the rest of us just kinda fell in. I hope to work more this way in the future. Everyone agreed this track should be the first single to throw out from the songs amassed because of the excitement from the new writing process.”
