Track Premiere: Gale Forces – “Last Man Under The Moon”

Gale Forces

LA alt-rock band Gale Forces are gearing up to release their new single, “Last Man Under The Moon”on September 13 but you can hear it with us first.

“‘Last Man Under the Moon’ harkens to man’s days before modern convenience was at our fingertips; when ones senses were heightened to the extreme, out of sheer survival. And that perhaps this was a more idyllic state of man,” the press release explains. The song will also be accompanied by an acoustic interlude track titled “Scabland.”

The video was created by collaborator and animator Arturo Baston aka “A Bass-Tone” (Barcelona). It focuses on two storylines: a night run by a can of hunter-gatherers and then a father on mescaline while his family plays music. Seemingly, the viewer is meant to connect the narratives and think about the power of nature and music, things outside of modern day convenience and drudgery.
