Hailing from Oakland, California, Glowing Brain return with their second album, Memory Distortion. Mostly fast, always loud, and rarely sober, the trio serve up 10 tracks of self-described “long hair punk” filling the sonic gap between Motörhead, Wipers, and Voïvod.
