Track Premiere: Lollygagger – ‘Found in the Dirt’

This is as loud as punk gets, and it’s a whole lot of fun. Lollygagger are a speed-metal-meets-stoner-punk trio with high octane, hard hitting, punch in the gut songs that will leave you breathless. Hailing from Chicago, the trio are making their name for their intense music and precise musicianship.

Today, they’re debuting their latest single “Found in the Dirt,” which hits streaming platforms tomorrow. An absolute nuclear blast of noisy punk, this song is loud, powerful, and faster than the speed of light. A song to unite punk and metal fans, this is just for everyone who’s a fan of good, old-fashioned, hard rock music.

“Found in the Dirt is simultaneously an anti/pro religion song about the disenfranchisement of spirituality through the actions of today’s major churches,” explain the band. “Fanaticism of any kind is poison to truth, and if spirituality cannot be a conduit to our shared reality, what the hell is it even good for?  We think there’s just as much truth and love and universal understanding in the dirt, and that’s where we’d rather be.”
