California-born Paul Robert started his career working in corporate sales, technology, and insurance before discovering that he wanted to release music, putting out his debut album 110 earlier this year. The title referred to the 110% effort he realized he needed to put in to grow as a songwriter and artist and make it in this game, and he’s since moved to Los Angeles to focus on his music career. With a laid-back hip-hop vibe, he’s making waves in the industry with his effortless delivery.
Today we’re spotlighting his latest single, “Rose,” that he released a few weeks ago. Somehow energetic and mellow at the same time, the song finds a perfect balance to create a lively hip-hop track without being aggressive. It’s the second single from his latest project, Love Different, which is set to consist of 37 tracks. This one is dedicated to beloved sister Michelle Nicole who sadly died this past August.
