Nashville-based rock trio Sound&Shape are sharing their second single “Don’t Make Me Make Believe” from their upcoming album Pillars Of Creation. The record will be released on May 24.

Vocalist/songwriter Ryan Caudle shares his thoughts:
“This is definitely one of the more straight forward songs on the album, at least musically. Lyrically it’s vaguely about the hazards of self-discovery. What’s waiting behind the curtains isn’t always pretty. But it’s also about not letting others define you or push you into the background and sort of seizing the reigns of your own identity.”
The upcoming album is a whole new benchmark for the band as they reach new heights of their collected talents. Pillars Of Creation was recorded in just eight days at their Nashville home studio with the highly talented Grammy-winning producer/engineer “Greazy” Wil Anspach. The band are very excited, as they believe it will be a worthy follow-up to their debut record Disaster Medicine (2022).
