Denver’s emerging pop punk group Stray The Course are coming in hot with a brand new single and lyric video for their new song, “Apology Tour of the Morning,” which speaks to relatable learning moments and mistakes most people have made at some point in their lives.
The band merge a unique combination of fast lead lines, inward-facing dark lyrics, and raw energy. They use their music to capture pure human emotion and translate it into punk bliss.
The band chats about the new single, “This song is dedicated to anyone who’s ever drank too much and made a damn fool of themself. It draws heavily on 90’s punk rock, which is a genre we haven’t tapped before. We hope people enjoy this new direction.”
