Up From Here have quickly emerged as one of Florida’s hottest pop-punk prospects, surpassing two million streams on Spotify since the release of 2016’s debut EP, Better Ways to Escape. More recently, the quartet teamed up with All Time Low’s Rian Dawson for EP #2, Words Left Unsaid, a release which earned Up From Here a litany of state-wide radio play.
Their single “Throw It All Away” has led the band to be named one of Alternative Press’s 50 Artists You Need to Hear in January.

Up From Here’s Bern Mustian had the following to say about his band’s single:
“‘In My Head’ is our newest song that tells a tale of betrayal of a loved one. Recorded at the LumberYard with producers Ace Enders (vox, The Early November) and Nik Bruzzese (vox, Man Overboard) and mixed by Dan Swank (touring guitarist, All Time Low), ‘In My Head’ is a high-energy, emotional tune about the frustrating experience of being left for someone else. The song’s captivating chorus and intricate use of background vocals allows for our vocalist Danny’s talent to shine.”
