Video Premiere: 37 Houses – ‘Jealous Love’

37 Houses

Suddenly locked down during the pandemic only four months into their marriage, Jeremy Rosenblum and Erin Samueli founded the post-punk/indie-pop project 37 Houses to express the frustrations that come with the complications and difficulties of even the best of relationships. With Rosenblum writing songs and Samueli lending her voice to the vocals, they recorded their debut, self-titled album entirely in their own living room. The album, which is out November 15, draws influence from artists ranging from post-punk greats like Big/Brave and indie pop artists like Built to Spill, Pulp, and Modest Mouse.

Today, the duo are debuting the video for their latest single off the upcoming album Jealous Love. The song is packed with bright, jangly guitars and powerful, resounding vocals. The video sees the couple moving through their lives with detached indifference before coming to a place of love and comfort, complimenting the song perfectly. Check out the video below.

You can preorder the self-titled album on Bandcamp. Follow 37 Houses on Instagram for future updates.
