Eclectic rock band A Good Rogering are sharing their new song and music video “Overcome,” which features their guest lyricist, Yuri Diogenes.

A Good Rogering usually showcase a darker sound, which makes the new song “Overcome” a little departure. When lyricist Yuri Diogenes approached vocalist Skunk Manhattan with lyrics about battling an injury and staying resilient throughout a tough time, the band gladly took the challenge to compose the music for it.
The band share their thoughts:
“We are very pleased with the result and happy to have brought Yuri’s vision to life. For the video, our original bassist, Blaine Matte, came back into the fold, and we once again worked with videographer and drummer Marc Coronado (The Crowned Studios).”

The band are recording their fourth full-length record at the moment. The recording is going on at Evil Snail Studios with producer Kfir Gov. The band are also scheduled to release a cover of Tool’s “Sweat,” which was recorded by engineer Jason Schimmel. Mixing was done by famed producer/audio engineer Sylvia Massy.
