Video Premiere: Blue Nation – ‘Hand Me Down’

Alternative band Blue Nation debut their music video for the song “Hand Me Down.” The new track will be featured on the band’s E.P. Reflections, out February, 2.

“The collection of songs represents a journey of creativity, emotion and camaraderie that we poured our souls into,” the band states.

The thunderous “Hand Me Down” joins the melodic and uplifting song “Every Single Time,” the infectious “Old Friends” and the joyous “Strangers.”

“More than just an EP, it’s a glimpse into our creative process, our emotions, and our desire to connect with our listeners on a deeper level. We hope these songs resonate with you, and if they can inspire just one person to feel okay about not being okay, then our mission is accomplished,” the band continue. “Thank you for joining us on this musical journey, and we can’t wait to share these reflections with you.”

Blue Nation’s live performance resume is impressive, gracing the Main Music Stage at the F1 British Grand Prix in Silverstone twice. The band’s career includes tours and gigs with major names like Dirty Thrills, Steve Conte, Skid Row, and Brian Downey, among others.

The band earned a victory on The Introducing Stage at The Great British Rock & Blues Festival, earning the notoriety as “Ones to Watch” by Planet Rock. The band also secured a top five finalist position in the highly contested UK Blues Awards “Emerging Act of the Year 2023” category.
