Kalamazoo-based minimalist noise rock powerhouse Bronson Arm are about to hit the road as they support their latest album, Casket Schwagg, which was released in May on Learning Curve Records. Since the release of the new record, Bronson Arm has played a variety of festivals including Heart On Your Sleeve Fest (Muskegon, MI), Loud As Fuck Fest (Indianapolis, IN), Burn’Em Psych Fest (Michigan City, IN), and the annual PRF BBQ (Chicago, Ill).
Today, the band are debuting the video for their single “Vestigial Tail” off of their new album. With a post-hardcore cerebralness and a deep rhythmic groove, “Vestigial Tall” is certainly noisy, but also emotionally powerful and, at times, even melodic. “This track was almost the album’s opener. Written to the mistreated masses as a desperate rally cry to action and sympathetic warning of the consequences of inaction,” says Bickel of Vestigial Tail.
